How did the AI movement make the radical assumption that the "intelligence" bit in the term of "Artificial Intelligence" (I'm referring to strong AI here which is meant to replicate human "intelligence") actually describes the entirety of the human being?
Speaking in Prague on 5th of April, 2009, Obama declared his desire for, and described his policies facilitating a world free of nuclear weapons.
"Some argue that the spread of these weapons cannot be checked that we are destined to live in a world where more nations and more people possess the ultimate tools of destruction. This fatalism is a deadly adversary. For if we believe that the spread of nuclear weapons is inevitable, then we are admitting to ourselves that the use of nuclear weapons is inevitable."
